Customer Stories is the symbiosis of my left brain's fascination with technology and my right-brain's desire to create and tell stories.

From my office on the Lake Erie shore, just south of Windsor, Ontario, I design the questions to draw out your customers' results with your product or service, conduct a professional interview then sit down to create a customer story you can use to build credibility and win sales.

I'm a geek who loves to write.
I fell in love with technology when I bought my first computer - an Atari 520 ST. One look at its glowing green command prompt, and I was hooked. In the ensuing years I've designed and built websites, databases, computer networks and learned CCNA routing. Through 3M Canada's Women in Technology & Trades project, I have prepared and presented workshops for middle and high school students designed to highlight alternate career choices in the technical field.
As a freelance writer, I have written newsletters, flyers, posters, direct-mail campaigns, case studies, grant applications, policy and procedure manuals and how-to guides for various businesses and not-for-profit agencies. This allowed them to successfully market their product/service or solicit funds. A long-time scribbler of poetry, short stories and non-fiction articles, my work has appeared in various periodicals such as Our Times, Mature Perspectives and The Journal.
My career includes serving as a consultant to non-profit agencies and as an editor and publisher of a nationally circulated membership newsletter. I also have over 20 years experience in business administration. I attended the University of Western Ontario where I studied science and history and have completed courses in Visual Basic programming, Cisco networking and routing and Technical Communications at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario.
When not busy with my clients, I volunteer as the moderator of the Freecycle group for Windsor and Essex County and I am an active member of Toastmasters International.
